Petition for the Unborn...

Lord, you are the Supreme Authority and heaven and earth over people, angels (good and bad) and things (Matthew 28:18) (Colossians 1:16-18). And you do not want us to worry about anything but rather in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving make our requests known to you (Philippians 4:6). Lord, you even invite us to come boldly unto your throne of grace for help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

Therefore, Lord, in the light of your power and authority and love for all mankind we make our supplication or petition to you on behalf of the unborn and their mothers. In doing so, we remind you, both, of their preciousness in your sight and of their frightful plight at the bloody hands of man and the devil.

Lord, you not only form each baby in the womb, but you also know them and have a wonderul plan for their lives before they are even born (Jeremiah 1:5).

Lord, every baby is made in your image (Genesis 1:26-27) and therefore you forbid the shedding of their blood. (Genesis 9:6).

Lord, you hate the shedding of innocent blood, it is even an abomination to you (Proverbs 6:16-17). And Lord, we at ABC Pregnancy Center confess that our nation has brutally murdered millions of unborn babies, and we come in brokenness asking your forgiveness.

Lord, our adversary, the devil, as a roaring lion walks about seeking whom he may devour (I Peter 5:8) and the unborn are utterly helpless as his prey in the fiercely destructive jaws of abortion.

Lord, because of greed (I Timothy 6:10), selfishness and pride, the devil has many human cohorts to help him destroy the innocent through abortion.

Lord, because you raised up ABC Pregnancy Resource Center to stand in the gap for the unborn against this wicked spirit of death and to save these babies and their mothers, we have confidence that you know our every need and have already heard our requests before we even make them (Isaiah 65:24), even now having the provisions ready and waiting for us. Therefore, we come gladly, humbly, fervently, boldly, expectantly and in faith unto your marvelous throne of grace with these three requests for ABC Crisis Pregnancy Center on behalf of the unborn and their mothers:

1. All the monies needed to provide all the necessary materials and supplies to properly run the facility, to staff the facility and to follow your leadership (Philippians 4:19).

2. An abundance of trained workers with a real heart for this ministry to serve as many hours each week to meet our needs (Luke 10:2).

3. For you to lead expectant mothers to ABC Pregnancy Resource Center so that we can help them in your name and for your cause (Proverbs 21:1).
